A live directory of verified pediatric therapy clinics in your area, featuring real-time waitlist estimates, accepted insurance, and service models (in-clinic, in-home, telehealth, hospital outpatient). The very data the families on your caseload see — so when you recommend a clinic, you know it's still there, still taking patients, and still in-network.
Refer with one tap (with parent consent).
Hand a family a Care Connect Kids link instead of a paper list. The Concierge picks up where you left off — interviews the parent, surfaces matched clinics, handles the inquiry. You stay in the loop (with consent), and never touch protected health information. The family always stays in control of what gets shared.

When a pediatric practice joins Care Connect Kids, we provide a unique QR code and URL for your practice. Hand it out on a card, a flyer, or at the end of a well-child visit. When a family uses your code to sign up, their account is attributed to your practice. When their child completes a therapy evaluation, you get an anonymous notification — no child name, no clinic detail, just confirmation that the handoff worked.
